View Full Version : Stat Leps - could we have a unique visual effect on them?

These are the superest of duperest leps. They come with stats built in and took careful crafting with both elondrian AND normal essences to create. They are powerful and amazing.....but nobody can tell you are wearing one and not a normal lep.

The talismen's glow with different colors when they proc different stat attributes. How about having those leprechaun leaves show the color of the stat attribute? It would be discreet, but still add some prestige and extra fun to the deal.

Just a question, what is the point honestly of a leprechaun pendant that adds a incredibly small stat bonus? I mean, we don't use the leprechaun for stats but purely for the luck it gives..so why then must having the stat be significant or increase the value of the item?

On another note, the clovers having the specific colour of the attribute sounds appropriate for the item :)

It's just for fun. Honestly the stats are not something that will make a big difference to anyone, which is why this is a novelty item. As a novelty item, it should be novel. I think having the shamrocks / pumpkin heads colored for stat would give it an added bit of fun. After all, that's what having bling is all about.

True, but in that case wouldn't a suggested Vanity/Cosmetic over-ride Pendant be something to propose?
I.e A vanity for jewelry and weapons.

I'd love a weapon vanity - it's a great concept but a totally different topic. This one is about tweaking something we already have. That one would be something totally new, and thereby less likely to get implemented.

Quite true to, but that being said it would still be interesting to see it happen. Also, I bet there are a multiple ideas and concepts that once seemed foreign and unlikely that are now currently implemented in AL.

I posted this in suggestions before. They should have different color shamrocks/pumpkins for each version. Red for blood, green for fire and blue for glacial. It would actually make them wanted by players also.

Edit: yep knew I posted it somewhere.

Ah, I looked for it before making the thread but didn't see. Must mean it's an extra good idea then ;)

Yeah I was seriously expecting a visual effect. 3 extra Dex points? I'm okay with my tarlok gemmed one. Give us some visuals!

It sure is lol. Having different color shamrocks/pumpkins would at least show which one you are wearing.

I wanted to show off, then I discovered it was a hoax and nobody could see my smexy stat lep but me....

PS: I'm not rich enough to be a hoarder ;)

Good idea, they could glow red, yellow or blue depending on which kind.

I love the Idea!

the stats do kinda matter at lower levels. now I can farm with a twink and not worry about losing HP while running.

I personally crafted mine all in to blood leps for this reason.
