I read somewhere that the devs name the npcs after ppl they know irl . I bet tori was someone they all hated !

its vinnie the vendor...dude dat guy is like a serial crack seller who gets every1 who is new to pl addicted
i believe that da whole essence of an elix gen that now scatterbears doesnt heal or rev and sits in the back not using arrows is due to vinnies presence since forest haven...its like da whole pl world is high on elix
