ok, so I was chilling in UCS Blackstar walking around like usual, I see this character (with no name) and I think "huh that's odd, maybe just a person that just logged off.) but no, I see him again in a different lobby. He's in the same spot, same armor, no name, looks like arbiter dude without the arbiter on lol with red clothing, nothing you'd see on a normal character that's for sure!
I join 2 different areas, one Of which is very crowded, I then mention that he is still there and people all of a sudden go to him and are thinking the same thing I am... Maybe arbiter is coming sooner than we expected!
I did not take a screenshot of this, but the character is still in the same spot if u want to look at him, he's 10 feet from the normal arbiter guys location. We must all chant "THE TIME FOR ARBITER IS NAI!!!!" "THE TIME FOR ARBITER IS NAI!!!!" "THE TIME FOR THE UPDATE IS NAI!!!!" lol
