Hello, I am quite new to this game and I was really confused about why I did not receive my golden treasure chest from this klass guy and the shazbot guy. Perhaps it was a bug, but I really want my chests back... :grumpy: my username is imdatpro and I am only level nine. Please help me out!:upset:

Your chests was opened by the time you visit Shazbot and Klass's daily chest.

Klass and Shazbot give more or less bonuses then chests.

I'm not sure whether I understand. When I go to klass it says that you have received one golden chest, but when I go to my inventory and look at the chests section, there isn't anything. This is also the same problem I have for shazbot.

By the time You visit Klass's reward chest, You opened the golden chest and you receive 1 item, 1 elixir, or 5/7 elixir.

Oh, I'm so dumb. Thanks. I thought it was supposed to be a pet. No wonder it said elixir has worn off that time.

You can get a pet as a reward from Klaas. It's all based on chance. When you receive the prize it is given immediately. If you get an egg it will go to your inventory. You can also get elixirs, and potions.
