I heard people saying there was a new cap coming and im like... sureeeeeeeeeeeeeee
and I came here to check after not being on here for months and there actually is something coming!
ps... is there going to be a balance in gear/skills orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...?

No such balance mentioned in the content updates, but seeing the constant wave of complaints about needed nerfs and Dolloway's thread, it is very likely that Developers will seize the opportunity to implement such changes whilst releasing this content's new gear options.
