Chat Box Help!

Guys I'm Having A Problem with Chatbox I can see the Chatbox but I can't access/use it the Typing Bar Is not Accessible but I can Read The Messages in Chatbox. I'm using Ipad mini and safari as browser. How do I join Chatbox? I hope you can help :)

The green button? I can't click it the menu bar is not clickable rather the whole chat box is un clickable. Is there an application needed to be downloaded to chat on the chat box or you need to be senior member to chat? Is there any requirements? As always I can see the chat box but can't join to the chat -.-

just use a computer..dunno why it doesn't work for some mobile devices (my gs3 doesn't work either)
