Does he appear on random maps? Last time I met him inside arcanum castle. Almost killed it but it did reset because he managed to kill me. Lol.
u can find all(includind bael and krunch) in nord(normal maps)

First mate ripper grog beach or skull cove
Scratch tombs(km,wt and kt)
Argex hall of valheim and oltgar keep

Scratch also in tower of mardrom if I'm not mistaking.

Last time I saw arma in arcanum castle while scratch on the other hand is found in tombs and mines.
