I know some won't agree but but whatever.. Arcane Shards should should have a low chance to be farmed because for the non plat users

I think they might be inside Elite Golden Dragonscale Chests.
Obviously looting 2000 (or whatever is the chance) EGCDs is a long, long grind.

Yes u are correct. They are the current arcane item in the newest elite chests
