Can somebody tell me how to get an uller and how to upgrade it

Only get it now by buying it in the auction house. Price is around 1.2 Mil each. Use the search box and type in Mythic Quest, and you will find how to upgrade them. You have to be wearing both to do the questions.

With the price it is these days, opening locks to aim for Mythic Armor itself is a waste however if you meant to find things such as Arcane Eggs/weps etc. to earn gold then this is alright however not for F2P players...lol

It still is a way to get a myth armor and helm:) I also gave up on locks already myself.

Jurmans is correct. Locked Grand Crates can have Mythic. I have opened about 800, and I have not received a single mythic anything. I am obviously very unlucky with 9000 platinum. Yeah me.
