Free Platinum Bug

I'm having problems recieving free platinum. I am DLing the app and opening it up but when I go back to PL it stays at the same number. But when I try it with a different account it works. I have tried earning platinum on that one account on 5 different Apple devices(iPad, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, x2 iPhone 3G) and still not working. Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

But it's been like 4 days. & completed over 20 free apps w/ multiple devices :P I guess i'll have to wait longer.

It should be near immediate. Tapjoy provides our offer wall, so you should contact them through support@tapjoy.com.

You have to actually open and run the applications.
