View Full Version : Mythic helm upgrade didn't work
I turned in the mythic helm quest without having my helm on my (it was in stash) . I sent a message to sts to let them know alrdy. Apart from that, anyone know what to do?

You should have put in in your inventory but STS support will probably solve your issue :)

got submitted a case . is there 100% chance that they will respond to my case ? how many days is the maximum waiting time ?

Did you submitted a case today or yesterday? If yesterday, they don't work because in weekend they don't.
