Thank you to everyone who ran the BOOT CAMP contest this week. We were able to identify some guild issues and also found a lot of good players that have been hiding on us! Really great team work. Thank you to the team captains for organizing and facilitating the runs, and ofc to Doggoeswoof for putting up gold to the guild.

As you know elites are incoming and we will be working INTERNALLY on running them. We will be keeping our strategies to ourselves and not disclosing on the forums how we are running the maps. Please keep that in mind! LINE will be our friend to discuss what we learn and how we will move forward. The officers will be deciding on the best ways to run and we will develop the <Enigmatic> way for sure, so you know what to expect if you party up with anyone inside of our guild.

Recruiting is CLOSED, with friends being an exception as always. If you have a bestie and can vouch for them, please let an officer know. We will be using the new elite maps for our test runs from now on. We will open recruiting back up in a couple weeks to the general population once we are acclimated to the new maps.

If you can't complete the new campaign right away, do not feel defeated. We will work it out, but keep in mind the maps may have bugs and it WILL take hard work and practice for everyone. Bring any issues or problems to your officers, we would rather try and solve problems than have people just up and quit because they are frustrated these upcoming weeks. Stick with it, stick together, and try and run with just guild members as much as possible.

This is what these new elites look like for me. And no, it's not my internet, it didn't miraculously turned to crap, because some game added 3 maps.

These guys had months to test things. Same bs happens every time new content is released, they should have learned by now, but no. So fak them.

On another note - these elites suck big balls. No, I mean these "elites" lol..

Yeah it's crazy to wait 1.5 years for maps that we can run with lep on. Bosses that drop nothing new? And for what? Gear that we don't need anyways? How is it possible the game moves forward when reality is it's just stringing us from event to event?

I liked AL before events when we played the actual game not a dinky event map.

The thing is there is no loot. Just the mythic drops. And when you complete one the next in quest chain isn't even there.

I literally quit Ursoth as soon as I hit plat tier with my Mage and didn't even bother to turn in tokens for anything, or get to plat tier on my Rouge. I got nothing but a couple of extra squirrels and those crimson wings. This was due to the stupid changes to the portal system that I can't and will not adjust to. If they want people to spend plat or their hard earned gold to play the event portals then I just won't play anymore. I have never cared so little for this game in all the years I've played it, and with the advent of the Ren'gol elites and mythic gear being a total and complete failure I'm finding less reasons to even log in. Sadly, I don't even care like I used to, and I'm beginning to wonder if I will at all.

AL imo, has fallen in a way that will be difficult for me to recover from. I may log in from time to time to say hi and stuff, but I'm afraid that it has little left to offer and shows no signs of getting better. I won't say farewell, but I will say see ya'll later. I'll be keeping tabs on the forums for info, but unless something mind blowing and spectacular comes around you're gonna be hard pressed to find me running.

It feels to me that AL is moving in the direction of being more of a 'Lite' sort of game. Very simple and straightforward play, and geared towards the players who like to do things like farm locked which is something I have always found supremely boring. The elites are quite easy, anyone can run with any gear or pets, and you can now earn the best set in the game by playing a monotonous three maps over and over. Honestly you don't even need the mythics, it doesn't give you the best stats, but as there isn't any sort of challenging game play it is irrelevant. It's more of a matter of giving the community an extremely long grind and nobody can complain it's not a 100% f2p game anymore.

I am feeling torn because I love our guild but it's hard to log on and move forward here.

Also, they did really move this last year with the best items in the game being earned with events. You all know I don't like events either... same thing an extremely easy map that you are required to do over and over again.....

It is what it is. I am with Tat and going to wait it out for now to see if there will be any adjustments made. However if they increase the difficulty without also looking at the loot table on the new elites that will also be a turn off to me. They truly need to up the elite difficulty and also refresh the loot tables so it's different than the regular maps. I have said to add legendary belts and weapons that people will desire! Even standard gems, I am over looting cracked mofos in elite play.

Hope your weekend was good, mine was full of movies and cleaning. I will say that many of us are on a 'lite' schedule with AL and in no particular hurry to complete the mythic quest. Taking it slow is OK- and as always myself and your officers are available on LINE if you need something and we aren't in game.

Keep an eye on fang farming, I see they drop well and you can sell for higher than a locked if you catch the CS well.

If you DON'T have an arcane ring by now I am going to go ahead and say you need to farm for one. There isn't any excuse to not farm teeth and craft one. If you are looking to farm a bar, please let the guild know so we can make tooth farm parties. I don't mind going on these and we can run elite wilds very quickly as a team.

We have some new members as of last week, big welcome to everyone. If you aren't a part of the LINE group then ask an officer how to join us there. We do the majority of our social and 'who needs what' on there and it's a great way to get to know your guildies.

Minimum please do your garetta dailies and be helpful to others who need runs for planar ingredients, teeth, and vials. Feel free to vocalize what runs you need, our guild is all about facilitating each player to reach their own personal goals!

Yeah, unfortunately, with these new amazing elites overall activity in game has hit a new low. So, we are kinda struggling to keep ourselves interested and entertained by this game, or at least I am.

I agree with Candy. Do the dailies. Farm teeth. Do the Planar Tombs daily too. Do some Arena runs every day, it's probably the only place left with somewhat ok gold to be made.

If you really want to do the new elites - clear the whole maps, it's a bit more fun and challenge than "kill 20 mobs, run to boss". Plus, you get orc fangs (I usually get zero lol) and kills for the elite repeatable quest. And even this gets boring really fast due to the nature of the new maps, so a few runs a day is enough imo.

Also, if you need some achievements, especially easier ones like egg crack or haunted - just say it in gc, pretty much everyone can help with them.

The insignia is REALLY the problem for those who haven't already farmed them or bought for cheap. They are a tough drop no doubt and the fact that you need 100 to even get on the mythic quest is a drag. So, insignia farming also we can add to the guild to-do list.

And the officers will get together another guild contest to keep us entertained between now and Halloween. Maybe we can run some sort of cross-guild contest with the PvE guilds? Idk we will put our heads together on it.

Also, Digg is taking a quick break and will be back in his officer role with us in a week. Don't fret, he WILL be back. Family stuff, you know RL always > AL in all circumstances and we are ALWAYS understanding when you are busy with school, etc. and need to step back from the game. Just shoot us a PM and we will not remove you from the guild or anything, even if it's a long break. We love you all and know this is a time when many of you are heading back to school and college.

I know AL is fading away but we will keep feeding STS with suggestions and maybe,MAYBE one day they will open there eyes again on this one..it's a great game to just let it fade away. An idea and suggestion (TY Syzor for this idea):

Many of us are working on crafting the higher level jewels. When you party up for elites to run, make an agreement in the party after your runs to trade the jewels that dropped. Would save us time/gold and really help each other get the ones they desire.

Nothing that is required, but just a thought.

Nothing is truly given to people unless they work for them.

Also, 50k PvE kills is our requirement. If we make exceptions for one person, we'll have to make exceptions for everyone.

Going to be working on my mythic helm. If you are up for long runs in elites and that 2 tag quest lmk. Clearing map 1 seems like easiest way to go. The update was really good and the maps are more fun to run. Yeah some ankh but it's nothing huge.

I'll be splitting my time between new elites and tooth hunt. That said - I know some people in guild could use a ring and, in my opinion, farming for a bar should be their priority right now. I suggest you make it known that you need tooth farming parties (in guild chat, line group, even here on this thread), team up and go farm. I've decided to go for another bar and I am about 100 teeth away, so just ask me anytime you see me online. :)

Tuesday? Well another week here in Arlor. We had a great weekend and I see everyone is busy farming. Officers are working on making some changes in the line ups for recruiters and officers so hang tight while we sort it out. I know some people are overdue for promotions, but we want to get it right.

If you are a current recruiter we need you to lend a hand when someone is ready for a test run. Be sure to use the new maps for people looking to join.

Also, please use the following kill order when you are running elites in Ren'Gol:

1. Kill the shaman- he is shorter and usually is in the center of a mob before you pull. He does have the least amount of HP and goes down easy.

2. Kill the shielders-these are more difficult to target, but he will have either a mohawk or a pointy hat. He also has a different weapon than the orc grunts and it looks like a butcher cleaver.

3. Kill the remaining grunts

4. Kill the giant

This is ofc subject to change as we continue to refine our runs, but please use this and correct any mates that are not following this protocol during a run.

Another tidbit I have discovered if you are only interested in doing the 2-tag repeatable quest and you are in the mood to solo and don't want to use ankh:

Party up yourself by hitting /partyi aaa

Just kill the first couple mobs in each elite map. Zone to the next map once the mobs are dense and you are too far from the beginning. It's about 10 mobs per map. Rinse and repeat, just run back if you die (ankh saving!!!) and it takes about 12-15 minutes to finish the 90 mob kill quest for 2 tags. Not the most exciting thing and you won't be earning any runes, but it will keep your progression forward on the mythic quest for tags and just another thing to do if you find yourself going 'what next' while you are in arlor. You can also party with one other person as long as you both understand this method and are OK with not using ankh on it.

Farming update: As you know we will need both org tags and planar fragments to craft pieces of the new arcane pet. Not want to craft Stampy? Well you can farm and buy the recipe to sell. Being as we are THE farming guild, we need to jump on this now so we can buy those recipes to sell first. Please add in your planar dailies and planar runs to your routine and save the fragments for now.

Arcane Pet - Stampy - A new Crafted Arcane Pet that shares a parallels with Nekro as a crafted pet in stat distribution and power

Hold off on buying Frags with your tags. Tags are needed for Stampy and it might be a lot of them. SAVE YOUR TAGS for now.

If you are PvP please follow the guild rules. Behave respectfully and don't engage in trashing other players in other guilds. If it's nonsense going on, we prefer you to remap and find a better room.

Recruiting Update:

Recruiting is OPEN. As we now know the King 'event' is a permanent fixture in Arlor we would like to open back up our recruiting to the community. What is it like to be 'Enigmatic'? Well, we are an eclectic group of players from all over the world that value friendship and fun. Our main goal in the game is to farm! Right now we mainly run Tombs, Garetta elites and dailies, and some arena if anyone is looking to craft more Nek and needs vials. We have a lot of hard core players that are dedicated to long hours of farming particularly on the weekends. With that said, we are very understanding of real life and understand school and family obligations as well. Our LINE group is active and we spend a lot of time on there socializing and many of us have been in guild for a very long time together. This summer we celebrated our one year anniversary and you can usually find us in the top 5 on the leaderboard.

Our recruiting requirements are listed on page 1 of this thread. Please make sure that you meet these before asking to join. If you aren't super trained in elites we are willing to work with you, but please remember that we do require our members to use ankh on runs. Come prepared for your test run with ankhs and potions.

We have been uber busy farming the King event! Really nice to see everyone including each other in the King runs and sharing our inner most tips about how to slay him! As you know he will go back to sleep soon, and I would consider holding off on listing any more of the stampy materials in the CS. It's just a guess... but the cost should rise again on these after they aren't available. Hey I could be wrong, it's hard to predict but something to think about.

This weekend we will have fun with the fall fest, and just share the fruits with your party when you are finished farming so everyone can make the fall chests. Looking forward to seeing everyone loot a straw hat and cornucopia this weekend, and we can have a hoe-down in the GH to celebrate.

Speaking of celebrating... Zear has kindly donated a little gift to the guild and I think we should use it as a seed to begin our next guild contest. One of the reasons that Fade and I started Enigmatic was to make a guild that was inclusive of people, nothing too 'Pro', but simply a guild of friends who like to farm and have fun. Sometimes it's easy to stick with your group of friends within the guild, so our next guild contest inspired by Zear will be along the lines of getting to know our mates old and new once again. I have a few things in mind, but this will be a great way for us to connect again. Stay tuned for details on this!

The weekend for <Enigmatic> was no doubt fun! We celebrated many MANY effing parties, owned the King, farmed event horns. Whew!!! I think a little break before Halloween will be needed and appreciated. We have I think 2 or 3 people that are needing TOOTH runs for a bar. If they need help for some fast runs please lend a hand.

Current farming recommendations:

* Fangs- They are hot commodity now. Tat has suggested to save time and ankh to just kill elite mobs and skip boss, since there is no loot off them anyways. I think that is a pretty solid suggestion.

* Fall horns- I personally did not have any luck opening, but those cornucopia and hats are going for a top dime still. Keep trying to craft the crates and either try your luck or just sell them. Possibly will go higher once the event is over.

* Vials- Can never go wrong running a few arena and selling these.

* Ren Locked- As always Halloween should bring us halloween locked crates. You should farm these as well from now until Halloween. Yeah not the most exciting thing, but hey it is what it is.

* King???- The beast ess went way low and the cost to run King is pretty high between Ankh and potions. I skipped the second waking of the King, although made decent profit off the first one. Let's see what the loot is selling for when he wakes again. Idk about you but he's popping up WAY too quick.

* Effigy- I don't think this is going to be a permanent fixture in Arlor. So, continue to open these in the hall while we can and save up those tags. It's 350 tags to craft each piece of mythic so you can never have TOO many tags.

Good morning <Enigmatic>

It's a beautiful fall day here in Virginia, how is the weather by you? Finally have had a chance to bring out my warmer clothes and turn the heat on in the house a bit over the weekend. Where I live has one of the most beautiful Fall seasons, I will share some pic on LINE when the leaves finally start to show their colors.

We have many new friends in the guild, welcome new members! It's always a pleasure to have our family grow, and please let us know if you need an invite to the LINE group as that is where we do a lot of socializing when we are not in game. Our rules are listed on page one if you need to review them, but it's nothing super different just have fun and be respectful of your mates in both PvE and PvP. If you are running elites, we do expect you to rev with Ankh. If you are short ankh please don't join elite runs until you can stock back up. If you need to buy ankh you are welcome to say so in GC, we have lots of people who have extra and will sell for discount.

Have fun in PvP with each other and feel free to kill mates in fair matches. As usual, ganging and total nonsense in there we prefer to not participate in. Best advice is to remap and find a new room where the battles are intense but you have a group of like minded people playing there. We are primarily a PvE guild, so please help others if they need runs in Gauntlet/Elites/Dailies/Arena. Also, if you happen to be missing any Elite APs let us know, we will gladly fix that for you and run those.

Several of you are going for Gauntlet banners. If you are needing runs and aren't having luck in GC shoot a quick message in LINE. Often people will help and have no problem logging in for this. I am not running for a banner but will assist anyone who needs an extra rogue in their party.

Fade and Candy are going to focus on RL together! We are taking a back seat in Enigmatic and will serve as advisers to the current guild officers. It's been a while since we have been active running in the game and decided that it's in the guild's best interest to pass the GM over to Tataratata who has been an officer in the guild and we felt best suited to run the ship! If you don't know Tat it's because he is humble and always busy running maps. You won't find him hanging in the camp because he likes to run the game and perfect his rogue. He's a good mix of reserved and fair which we felt was the best for our guild and would represent the ideals that Enigmatic has was founded on. Fade and I will continue to guide him and the guild but more as a mentor role which is what has been going on for the last few months anyways! So, please welcome Tat and tell him congrats if you do have the pleasure of seeing him in the game we are excited for this change and welcome his fresh ideas and leadership to the guild.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of Enigmatic over the last year and made our guild the PvE family that we have. I feel beyond blessed to have helped start our guild, and it was fun to reminisce last night about starting with 14 people in the guild and how it grew and grew. Hello and Happy Monday! This is your morning message from your officers. Few things on the event:

1. You only need one plat/gold tier person in a party, so don't box out the mates still working towards it. Allow them to join but just make sure that the highest tier runner enters the map first and the others simply join. There is no need to deny someone a party spot because they aren't plat and gold tier as long as there is one in your party. Help each other work up the event tiers!

2. Don't be a mooch with joining parties with the 'big boss only' as you guys say. If you are joining others, then you should also be hunting him yourself. Our guild works best with the people who want to farm this guy ALL farming him, not just joining the players who do. Help each other out! If you are continually mooching off the guild on this, you WILL be removed.

3. Some complaints have been made about negativity going on in both guild chat and LINE. If you are unhappy with the game, then use the forums and PM to make a complaint on it. Continually complaining about this sucking and that brings down the guild morale. Be positive and it's contagious! Let's enjoy our friendship and fun that we have together. Leave the negative at home. Thanks for understanding on this everyone.

Recruitment Minimum Requirements

Must be level 46 and have Infamous Title

Rogue Stats: 4K HP, 700 Dmg, 1600 Armor, and 50,000 PvE kills

Mage Stats: 4K HP, 700 Dmg, 1200 Armor, and 50,000 PvE Kills

Warrior Stats: 7K HP,450 Dmg, 2400 Armor, and 40,000 PvE Kills

You must complete a test run in elite Ren'Gol map before joining! (please be prepared with Ankh and potions and a PvE or hybrid build)

Happy Monday Enigmatic!

Thank you so much for the great Candy and Fade SS from the party!!! I shared with Fade and we were both beyond touched (and a little sad!!) to see that. We miss everyone a lot and are doing really well. Sorry to have missed the guild parties, but as usual you guys locked the hall with attendance so guess that worked out for the better anyways. I am still keeping up on LINE and reading what is going on, but I am beyond pleased with the leadership that Tat and your officers are giving and I will say that I feel beyond grateful for how that all went down. You can probably guess that the officer corps work very hard behind the scenes discussing promotions, planning events, and getting through bumps that happen in the guild and I hope that you all take the time every now and then to tell them thank you for your work. They truly love every one of you and do their best to keep the guild running smooth.

I see there are a few new faces with recruiting open, and if I haven't had a chance to meet you I wanted to say Welcome to the BEST PvE guild in Arlor!!!

Also, a reminder that you are allowed a one time pass back to rejoin if you leave for whatever reason and after that you won't be welcome back. We value loyalty above everything else and do not want to be hotel Arlor. If you have something personal going on and you are taking a game break, you don't have to remove your toon. Just let Tat or another officer know what is going on and your toon is welcome to sit in the guild while you sort through school and whatnot. That certainly is the best way to go!

PvP rules update:

Killing guildmates in PvP is no longer allowed unless it has been agreed beforehand, e.g. friendly clashes and the like.
Joining opposite team is generally not ok too.

Also, something PvE related, pay attention to this please:

Do not exclude certain classes from your parties. We all want to do things fast and efficient. But you have to understand there are 3 classes in this game and it's not a player's fault that they chose a warrior for example. So, for example, if you say "one slot arena" in guild chat, expect mages and warriors to answer the call too, not just rogues. Do not reject them, especially warriors. If you don't have a warrior in your party, you invite one, if he/she wants to run. If you want an op all-dps party, use your friend list.

Make sure that you all are spreading the word on the updated PvP rules. There are people who don't forum and don't line and make come helter skelter after you in PVP. So, give the new rules a couple days to trickle down to everyone before you rage on someone for breaking them. I am hearing many of you are really into PvP and that is great! Now you guys need to work on partying up with each other and helping to win matches. How about scheduling some friendly CTF with DM or Horror? Your officers can work on arranging that for you.

Also, be ready for an awesome farming contest to drop here soon. Your officers have been working hard to get this ready for everyone. Looks like great prizes, they have some great stuff saved to use.

Okay so I just saw the requirements for being a mage in here, and honestly I don't see how I can stay. Atm, I have:

750 DMG
1330 Armor

and

755 DMG
1330 Armor

I have 52 teeth right now, but that's still 98 teeth off, and I don't see any other solid forms of making gold. Of course there are fangs and locks but fangs and locks won't get me an arcane ring or new gun.

1330 Armor

I have 52 teeth right now, but that's still 98 teeth off, and I don't see any other solid forms of making gold. Of course there are fangs and locks but fangs and locks won't get me an arcane ring or new gun.

Do this everyday:
Run 20 elite wilds,
20 arena
farm 3-5 fangs
Farm 10 rengol lockeds.
You will get it there. Gl.
Iam always up for vials lockeds and fangs. So you can pt me for them anytime when Im not in a smoke break.

Make sure that you all are spreading the word on the updated PvP rules. There are people who don't forum and don't line and make come helter skelter after you in PVP. So, give the new rules a couple days to trickle down to everyone before you rage on someone for breaking them. I am hearing many of you are really into PvP and that is great! Now you guys need to work on partying up with each other and helping to win matches. How about scheduling some friendly CTF with DM or Horror? Your officers can work on arranging that for you.

Also, be ready for an awesome farming contest to drop here soon. Your officers have been working hard to get this ready for everyone. Looks like great prizes, they have some great stuff saved to use.

Okay so I just saw the requirements for being a mage in here, and honestly I don't see how I can stay. Atm, I have:

(with Maridos)
4300 HP
750 DMG
1330 Armor

and

(with Magma)
4000 HP
755 DMG
1330 Armor

Can I know what gears are you using?

With pink helm and armour, getting 1.4k armour shouldn't be a problem with good gems or jewels. Try looking for level 46 Supreme Helm of Assault and Forager’s Robe of Assault. Or the level 43 mythic Slaterock Robe of Proficiency.

Pink weapon, helm, armour and amulet- arcane ring and mythic belt with pink pets on (Fantasma, Dovabear, Nightshade, Nilbog etc) -> average you will get 4.2k HP and 800 damage.

IMO, the quicker of making gold for me is farming vials in arena. I ran about 30 rounds of arena each day last week. And I am able to make about 1m in just 2-3 days. Idk how much vial is worth now, as I haven’t been online since last Thursday C:

With the ring and amulet having nature jewels, that is the only way I can achieve my 4,348 health. If I were to switch it to jewels, I would barely have 4k.

If I am to switch to Supreme Hat of Assault, I would only gain 5 dmg, but be losing 56 HP. Same goes for the Assault Robe, or the Mythic Robe, I would gain about 8 dmg, but lose another 59 health.

So if I switch to the items you suggest (minus Arcane Ring) then I'll be at around 780 dmg, 4000 HP, and about 1345 armor.

I am trying to farm for the Arcane Ring, the easiest thing I can think of is to go straight for the other 98 needed teeth. There's just no way I can do the suggested 20 Wilds runs, 20 Arena runs, 5 fangs and 10 locks.
