ENIGMATIC TWO WEEK EVENT MARATHON

First week: Farm points in the Somberholt maps!

Second week is related to first one, so you MUST farm at least 5k points this week to be eligible for the top prize of the second week, which is HEROIC GUAPO'S EGG + GOLD.

Note: All Enigmatic members can compete in the second week, but only those with at least 5k points this week can compete for the first place prize.

Rules:
- The use of exploits or bots won't be tolerated. If you are caught using one of those, you will be disqualified from the contest.
- Contest is valid for all Enigmatic Officers, Recruiters, Combatants and Members.
- We are aware that points can be bought, but all our members have unlocked at least m1 (most already have m3), so entries for alts will not be allowed. One character per person.
- You must take a screenshot of your points before you start farming with the secret word shown on the chat.

Drawing will be on Thursday, 12 October, via random.org. Depending on the participation and total gold pool, we will decide whether we will give out one prize or more. So, a few things I promised I'd share:

1. No-one will be kicked for being inactive or not capped. Inactive officers and recruiters, however, will get demoted. In case any of them return, they will be promoted back.

2. Recruiting rules remain the same until the end of Winter event. They will be updated after that. As you know, Justg is on the record with "expansion early next year", so assuming that's true, there shouldn't be too much time between end of Winter event and expansion. That's why we will stop recruiting people level 61 from some point on. Like I said in point 1. though, our current non-capped members will NOT be kicked or asked to level up.

3. In the weeks between now and the Winter event we will hold semi regular mini parties with the usual trivia/games. We will try to do a party every weekend without an STS event (e.g. Birthday event, which should be soon). That makes something like 5-6 weeks. There may or may not be guild events/raffles/lotteries too, not promising anything, but we are thinking about it and trying to come up with fun ideas.

There may be a few more thing in the next couple days.

What you need to do: Work together and complete missions.Most missions will be easy, some may be a bit harder. There will be 12 to 15 missions (exact number to be decided soon), some will be available for just 1 day, others - for 2 or 3 days.

General Rules:
- Open to all current members, combatants, recruiters, and officers of Enigmatic
- Must have joined the guild before the posting of this thread
- Must remain in the guild during the contest
- Cheaters will be disqualified and may be removed from the guild
- Wear your guild title in all SS
- Post your IGN along with your SS
- Post SS here or in our Line groups

Contest Rules:
- We will post up an SS for each mission on this thread
- It will include a short description of the daily mission
- You will have between 1 and 3 days to attempt and submit your SS showing that you completed the mission
- Some days there will be 2 or 3 missions
- If there is a mission you can't complete, don't give up and keep going!

Prizes:

Total gold pool: at least 8m - it will be divided among all people who complete a certain amount of missions (to be decided soon). Those who complete all missions will get a bigger share.

There may be additional rewards, depending on participation and other factors.

LMAO. That's not proof - that's someone literally making the EXACT same claim you're making. I can literally say "Nohealth bots" and if someone took a screenshot of me saying that, does that constitute as proof? This is ridiculous. Please look up what evidence means.

You didn't even show when this occurred, and proof that timed runners from our guild told others to give us money to keep recs. You just screenshotted some random saying the exact same thing as you're saying. Maybe I'll start saying NoHealth bots and get others to say the same thing and therefore that must be Nohealth bots. Logic classes should be required as early as middle school, otherwise it turns out like this.

I'm tired of people making claims just for the hell of it and defaming others. You people just say stuff casually which constitute baseless assertions and frankly, are fatuous quips. Thank you, everyone, it has been a fun several years. Unfortunately, as I already said, this game is no longer attractive to way too many of our members. We kept the guild active during the complete failure that was the Nightmare expansion in hopes that the next one would be worth it. Well, for some it certainly is. But not for me and most of the guild's leadership. We could have kept the guild running, but from my perspective it looks like a complete waste of time at this point. Too many things went wrong with this game. And this time around there is no promise of "the best expansion ever", that card was already played and to me it failed miserably.

On the bright side, there are quite a few people in Enigmatic who still enjoy the game or at least some aspects of it. So we decided against just letting the guild die naturally, but after a long discussion chose to transfer our people to a like-minded place where they could hopefully have some more fun. We are migrating to DM, active membership is encouraged to at least consider the idea of moving there. No-one, however, will be forced to go. You can choose to go wherever you want. Or stay and retire in Enigmatic, if you wish. It is entirely up to each individual member.

It's been an honour serving as your GM. And a lot of fun playing with all of you. Thanks again and good luck! :)

The Enigmatic family has given many years to AL and we thank you for all of the friends we have met, all of the officers who have shown leadership, and to the countless contests and fun we have shared. A special thank you to Tat who has given more to this guild than anyone else and cannot keep it afloat by himself anymore.

This guild has always had a clean reputation and welcomed new players that demonstrated enthusiasm in Arlor. We always embodied the Enigmatic ways in game.

Enigmatic is in a resting period. I will keep an eye on membership and affairs. There is always a chance to rekindle the flame. Be well, Arlor and Good Luck!!

I remember this guild being so PVE elite, it came top in the journeyman tournament, competing with then established and hardcore guilds like ER, DM, Eminence and others. It had many of its members top in that leaderboard, number 1 was a crazy tank!

The journeyman was hosted by an officer from ER known as Kalizzaa (aka Goodsyntax on forum). it was a tournament organised and run by players, altho STS gratefully provided a vanity to all who completed the maps. I'm sure there's a link to all the data collected by Kalizzaa somewhere on forums, with info on all the guilds who participated, and a list of those who finished top amongst the elite on the leaderboard.

This was around Level 41. Guild GM then was Fade and Co-GM Candy.


Phoenix (GM Serancha) Elite Runners (GM King Martin) and now Enigmatic. Retire in Peace.

Thing about fractals is that they are only really worth it if you want to make instanced pve content part of your go-to content in GW2. If you decide to do that (and I can only encourage you to, pve instanced content is THE best pve content imo), theres some preparation you need to do that nobody really tells you about up snaptube (https://snaptube.cam/) vidmate (https://vidmate.bid/) front.
