Hey guys! Hope you are having a good weekend and are gearing up for the event to begin next week. Do you have any goals for the event? I know that I will run 2 toons to plat for the gem, I have decided against crafting any additional gems unless I get that drop which I hear not a single person has gotten on the test server. Seems like it's of 'arcane' rarity and I won't waste time on it. I've been working on some ess farming to make as many tarlok wind gems as possible so I can super wind my ring and amulet!

I also want to get the new mythic bow, so Fade and I will be crating a lot during this event. If you are going to be crafting the event locked to sell please sell them to us and save yourself the CS fee we will buy them.

Most of you know that I have been playing my rogue, and I think it's going to be a permanent thing until possibly the next new cap. I am not happy with all of the things that have happened to mage, and I feel like the redic mythic amulet for mage was the last straw. I actually don't have a lot of APs on rogue, even ones like 'first quest' I will be working on these as well over the holiday.

Another thought, tell me what you think. My rogue has very low PvE kills, would you guys be up for a PvE kill contest to run during the event? I figure since a lot of us will be farming for ess/locked might be a good contest.. and help me a little bit to improve my kills as well. I know it's not super exciting contest, but sort of goes along with the tomb running we will do during the event. Please LMK your thoughts and if you want I will run it.

You hopefully have heard but there is a guy trying to troll us in the game. His IGN is 'REFILLED' and he is pretending to be Scean and ask you to quit Enigmatic and join his guild to help him out. It's an imposter and not Scean!!! Do NOT listen to him. If you are approached by him, please take SS and send them to me so we can continue to report his behavior. We are working with StS for them to take the appropriate action as impersonating another player is against the ToS.

Lastly, this previous week I noticed several of us engaging in many of the heated discussions on the forums and several of us received warnings and infractions from StS regarding our comments. While it's OK to once in a while break the rules and have some fun, I want to see us back to being the forum leaders that we usually are. We don't care what other guilds do, we do our own chill enigmatic thing. Let's try and be helpful and fun again and let the other clowns go at it on their own. Cool?

Im ready for event cus im thinking of forgetting tombs. Theres no way I can get pendant lol. So I was going for breeze instead to sell. But at only 26 frags and numerous deaths im thinking give up that too lol. I hope event start soon and last awhile though cus if its during holiday only I wont be able to participate. Does any know exact timeframe of event? The yowie pet doesnt seem special to me now since I know abilities now so im look forward ti crafting chests and tarlok now.

I see that we need to work on promoting people during the day, Fade will work on that today and tonight for everyone. I have asked a few people to message him the names of the active members that can help us recruit during the day, and work on building up the guild on the EU time zones.

Remember recruiting is L40+, helpful and nice people that want to run elites. We aren't looking for top-geared pros, just cool players that want to farm. Run them once make sure they can play, and invite and roll out the welcome mat and help them get adjusted. Thanks everyone!!! I will see what I can do finding out the day event drops.

Yes but I will say right now we are pretty serious about running the event, so tombs and arena are pushed aside a little bit while we are working the event.

All of the elondrian mythics are as good as the new ones. The procs are different so you can't exactly say well one is better than the other.

Is it just me that thinks that Elondrian Bulwark is still good enough to compete with it's Icy cousin ?

Without getting technical or nerdy.....

It seems the icy version is devastating when it procs - damage, spikes whatevs.

But imagine this scenario.......rare but just imagine it....

A huge mob is heading your way, you're a tank and part of an experienced elite team compromising of one SnS owner, one Elondrian bow owner and some other guy lol....

Your Bulwark procs heal, your HoR delivers 2 sec invincibility and heal, SnS pools offer heal, Elondrian bow procs bush that heals! Surely survivability > damage ? An experienced team will know where to stand when they see bush of healment and SnS life pools :) Bush of Healment hehehe I made that up *snort*.

Your thoughts on the matter........

Actually a lot of people sold their elondrian bows and once they saw new bow were running back to try and buy their old bows back!!!!
Also I'm 100% sure ur right about the bulwark... it's always been better than many think/say and the new one doesn't have anything on the old one!

I think the procs on the Elon bow and gun are far superior to the new ones.

The elon weaps seem to benefit the party whereas the Frost weaps are more of a personal buff.

Its not about the gear but we are an endgame pve guild so level 40 - 41. You can level to 40 in a week with a little work so...

Run watcher tombs lvl4. because everyone is trying to get essences for gems/crafting, it should be easier to find a party to level up with. (Note: Map difficulty scales to the highest level player)

Run Watcher Tombs lvl4 with people near your level (map difficulty scales to highest level player) or Kraag Tombs lvl4.
You will level up quickly :D

You will level up quickly :D

Recruitment: We are open to recruitment. Level 40+ fun and helpful players only. If you are a new cap and beginning your journey at end-game we would love to train you up to be an elite running machine. We are a PvE guild, so if your focus is PvP this isn't the right guild for ya. Mostly we like to have players who are interested in a tight-knit farming guild with loyal members, guild hoppers need not apply. We WILL take you on one test run to make sure you are a good fit for the guild.

Message to Recruiters: Please help our new members adjust to Enigmatic life. This means inviting your recruit on runs, informing them about the forums and LINE group, and helping them with their spec if you notice it being in need of work. We have example specs posted in the private forums as well that you can direct new members to.

Contest: Currently we are running a PvE contest (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?192081-Enigmatic-Holiday-PvE-KILL-Contest!!!!) that ends on Dec. 24th. It's not too late to post your beginning screenshot and enter, especially if you just joined us. There will be a top PvE kill prize awarded in each class of a mythic egg and 500K Gold.

The Event: Whew it's a haul to plat for sure. Fade and I will be plat tonight I am pretty sure we have about 2 hours left to run and we will hit our goal. If you are looking to reach plat and receive the gem/recipe party up with someone in a higher tier than you and allow them to enter the event map first. You have a better chance of getting the last 2 dragons and reaching your goal sooner. How did you all fair this weekend with the skeleton bug on syrllax? We had a hard time targeting the dragon and it certainly extended the encounter needlessly.

Good morning! I am looking forward to a wonderful next two days spent with my family doing traditional things like eating and drinking and telling old family stories together. Tonight we begin the magical Christmas season by having dinner out, then going to midnight mass. Tomorrow everyone will be here early to exchange gifts and enjoy each other's company. We have a tradition in my family that started before I was born back in the early 70s, my parents bought this gigantic coloring book of the Night Before Christmas. Each year we would color in a single page and sign our names and leave a note. Now we are on our second coloring book, but we always bring out the first one and read it and remember all of the people who have been with us over the holidays and are no longer living. It's a living piece of history for my family.

I hope all of you who celebrate Christmas enjoy the holiday and spend time with your family. Remember to live the Enigmatic way and I will see you in game soon.

Tonight has been a fun and busy day. I helped my mom cook goodies and clean the house up. My sis, niece, and brother in law arrived around midnight. We then watched family videos of when we were younger while snacking goodies. Afterwards we opened a few gifts. Tomorrow im not sure whats all on agenda. I know more family is coming diwn. Well prolly open more gifts and eat more goodies too. We have a few traditions like painting sugar cookies and playing Christmas Carols on trumpet, piano, guitar. Were a musical family lol. Also im itching to whoop my sis in air hockey lol. And lastly I have sweetest niece in whole world lol its her first Christmas.

YES! Since Carapace fixed the imbued dark crystal armor... its stats are much better now... before they were actually only better than mythics in one area and worse in most of the others. Now it's at least worth farming for. I have the Brut armor and the Brut helm. Zeus made it sound like the Potency was so much better and is selling the rare drop base armor for as much as 20M or more o.O I compared my Brut to Candy's Pot and it's not much different at all... definately NOT 20M worth better. Actually the Brut is better in some areas... after looking at the comparison I don't see any need to get the Pot version now... It's literally like a few more damage and .30 more crit and has less health... even for pvp I don't see the pot version being that much better in any way. One things for sure though... super winded up the stuff's finally better than mythics!

I hope everyone has a good safe and happy Holidays with family and / or friends! As the year is coming to an end let's start looking forward to the new cap and some new maps which we can hopefully farm decent again!!! For now since getting plat in the event we've been running tombs again. Since we aren't even considering LB there's really little reason for Candy and I to run the event but we're glad to support any guildies that are still working on getting to plat to get their gem! At least the first gem is sorta worth it!

The Frost Bulwark has now been devalued to the sum of 4.5m - 5.5m.

I heard on the grapevine that it hardly procs so that would probably be the main reason.

If this thing proc'd like the elondrian bulwark and you was joined with Glacian, in theory that would just make a lovely combo in elites.

At this moment in time I am trying to super gem Ice Scale plate of Fitness. The saving grace for this armour is probably the +10 primary stat, the Druid of Will gave 100 health and mana, so hopefully this stat boost balances it out.

For me the percentage of dodge and crit that I'm going to gain is not very significant nor will it be enough to save me from mob onslaught. Unfortunately the Dark crystal gear prices are out of my reach at the moment, I have my eyes set on the 'of Will' type rather than the assault. Current price for a full set of Dark Crystal Assault gear is near 30 million O.O

For me the will gear gave me the opportunity to just mash the health potions, this 'of Fitness' dex gear will now make me mash the mana button too. I'd rather be tanking than mashing both potion buttons majority of the time.

Anyhow this fitness gear will only last as long as it takes me to get the Dark Crystal and Imbue it. Are Imbued versions tradeable ?

Yes! You can trade the imbued armor to your hearts content! Also, I hope everyone had a great holiday with family and/or friends! Candy just left late last night so I'm sure, as you can imagine, that's a little rough but we had a great time and are ready to get back in the swing of things again. I am very happy to announce our new officer, Nixflamel! He's one of our top runners and loves to help out if needed. Also, he's in Asian time zone and will be leading the recruiting and guild during the times when the opposite time zone is sleeping. Welcome aboard Nix! Enigmaticians- if you are a veteran player with your APs mostly done we should all be working on our imbued sets. With the ability to craft planar tomb chests using fragments, you can either sell off the chests to buy your armor, or try your luck and open them. I know that Visiting has set a daily goal to run both tombs and arena a certain number of times, who else is on board for this?

Newer players- We also have many of you working on mythics and APs which we LOVE! Please feel free to spam in guild chat whatever APs you need help with. Don't be shy about asking for runs through elite Tind/Shuyul/Nord. We will team up and help you through it. We are a family and stick together. I know that Visiting has set a daily goal to run both tombs and arena a certain number of times, who else is on board for this?

Newer players- We also have many of you working on mythics and APs which we LOVE! Please feel free to spam in guild chat whatever APs you need help with. Don't be shy about asking for runs through elite Tind/Shuyul/Nord. We will team up and help you through it. We are a family and stick together. Also, if you are looking for a certain piece of mythic gear or legendaries PLEASE send me or Fade a message what you need. We have some things in inventory we can sell for reduced prices.

This year i am gonna be playing this game fully active again on my rogue yesterday i runned tombs again since ages a'd i like it, i really they arent that hard anymore and i am ready to farm till i drop dead, also i try to lvl up my sor to 41, and it seems like i'll quit playing on my war for a bit i sold all my war gear but maybe i'll play back in a month with feusalet.

Also ive set goal to run tombs 5 times and arena 3 times minimum a day so if anyone wants run lets do it!

Enigmatic O.C.D. (Obsessive Collecting Disorder)

With Syrillax and his minions defeated and the full effort of the Arlorians back to working on finding new threats, the Enigmaticians start gearing up and hoarding all the valuable supplies needed for their on going quest. One team sets out to Tindirin to collect the rare Dragonkin teeth, another heads deep into the planar tombs gathering more crystal fragments to harness their essence and find new ways to use these mysterious gems. The final team set forth to fight the hardest bosses around Arlor and looting their treasure, which team will you choose? Or will you be all 3? Get Running!!!
