Eggs from locked crates not in inventory

[Sfubi]

On the 26th of July, i opened a few locked crates (not elondrian). Twice my screen showed Scorn but the eggs are not in Sfubiidoobi inventory. Ethyl also appearedin on Sfubiidoobi screen but the egg was in inventory.

Today i opened a few locked crates (not elondrian). Two or three times Orion appearded on my screen but the eggs are not in Sfubidoobi inventory.

I dished out real life money on platinum to open crates. I would like my lat or the eggs back.

I tried to report this on the support page but the support page doesnt recognize my login and will not send an email so i can reset my password.
