Since his is it PC only

If you're on mobile and both of your characters are in the same account than you should use stash
It's located in balefort castle and forest heaven
The one in balefort castle is behind the three birds that give you access to CS (Consignment Shop)
The one in forest heaven is located left from where you spawn
You go left than up and you should see the same lady you see at balefort castle

BUT if they are in different accounts I recommend you ask a best friend to transfer the item
Be 100% positive you can trust him
