Unable to register PL

I can run PL on my Galaxy S, but I cannot register it. I place the details in and the ticks go green but the create button never lights up. This may be because I'm not using a second email however even if I put one in it never goes green. I followed the link in game to this website and the tips, I'm running the latest version as I checked and still nothing.

It's not asking for a second email, you're entering it twice to assure there are no typos.
