A critical hit makes your enemy bleed for 2 seconds after hit. This is a great attack boost for both pve and pvp.

Base atk crit %: approx. 3% chance (31/1000)
Atk passive lvl1: approx. 6% chance [+3%] (62/1000)
Atk passive lvl2: approx. 9% chance [+6%] (94/1000)
Atk passive lvl3: approx 12% chance [+9%] (120/1000)
Atk passive lvl4: approx. 15% chance [+12%] (147/1000)

Note: All atk powers have same critical hit chance as swinging your weapon.

Unholy Blessing:
This power greatly boosts your critical hit chance on every power and weapon used. Removes all bleeding, burning, and curse effects when activated. Increases dodge.
Lvl1: +20% crit hit. +5% dodge.
Lvl2: +40% crit hit. +10% dodge.
Lvl3: +60% crit hit. +15% dodge.
Lvl4: +80% crit hit. (estimated +20%) dodge.

Guide Disclaimer:
I've found that attacks affect different enemies crit hit% differently, as enemies have varying stats. All attacks were fully charged, this may or may not boost crit%. The tests were done using many toons on lvls 1,3,9,11,16,20,21, and [prominently] 36. The stats listed are an overall average of every test taken. Numbers are rounded to nearest whole number. A total of 10 tests are taken minimum for every line, this still does not ensure 100% accuracy, but should be quite close. I am not a spacetime studios developer, and I do not know actual numbers. I've created this guide for all those players out there who want a general idea of what those hidden stats of yours are. If you notice something here that seems a bit off or notice additional information that I missed, please pm me here or simply add info in comments section below. Thank you to all, especially to doomdoom who helped me with this guide.

Thanks for doing all the experiments. I really had no clue how much attack increased my crit rate. I knew it went up the higher my passive attack was but really had no idea by how much. Thanks for sharing! ^_^
