After 77 cap, 76 elite vanity will not be removed. So everyone thats play after 77 cap or since bsm era or previous bsm can get 2pc everytime they create chars but theres no grant pl will give another cap after 77. So fox, rhino, and 3 other classes that play since bsm or after 77 will not received 3pc ring? Thats not fair. I hope they will create ways to make bsm gens able to received 3pc (not at this moment but someday they must). Thanks

They lost their chance if they stay at 56, because you need to be 76-77 for the plat ring that is being suggested. If what your saying is that they should get a ring for capping at 56 and not capping anymore answer is still no. They capped once, not twice, nor thrice, but once.

People that used to talk down on others with 2pc and 3pc at 76 cap...are now talking down on the 3pc'ers at 77. Sts gave you almost 2 years to reach 76..and they didn't even discontinue 76...now everyone has a chance to get a 2pc.

Keep in mind that I never capped at 56 or 61, my first cap was 66 and then 76. So I played ringless for 3 years.
