To my knowledge, however limited, with each cap a new promo code is released that pertains to the new dungeon. Is this tradition still in effect? If so, any ideas on what it could be?

I don't think it was ever a tradition. The Humania promo code was first released as part of the email that the Developers sent out to players. It was an incentive to play; come back and you can enter this code for a free vanity item!
I think they did a similar thing with the Fire Ward Horns, but it was never strictly established as a tradition.
Furthermore, this L77 cap is not really a traditional 5-level increase. I do imagine some more Platinum vanities as minor updates in the future though.
