How do the Ancient Caverns pinks work?
This post should explain how the pink drops work. I made some mistakes in my earlier assumptions, but I think I have it all understood now.
The level 75 versions of the Raging, Runed and Ferocious "Blackstone" items you are getting are the main campaign gear of the Ancient Caverns expansion much like the "Dragonscale" gear of the Blacksmoke Mountain expansion. They are uncrafted, and can be later crafted.
But, unlike the Dragonscale items, why do these new Blackstone items lack the prefix of Lxx, as in L75 Beastly Dragonscale Scythe?
This is because these items are scaled.
No one has looted an ACTUAL default Blackstone drop yet, because these only drop to level 77s.
The actual default Blackstone item name has a L77 prefix. For example, L77 Ferocious Blackstone Dagger.
With that said, these items are confirmed then to scale down to 75 and to 73.
Retracting one of my previous posts, I don't think these items can further scale down to level 71, as scaling PREVIOUSLY only went down 2 tiers, four levels at maximum.
Furthermore, when you loot a L77 item, it will have the correct L77 prefix. So, basically, all the pinks we are looting now and putting into CS CANNOT BE CRAFTED into the final L77 crafted sets. They instead form scaled level 73 and level 75 sets, much like L71 and L73 beastly scythe sets. It is again unconfirmed if they give set bonuses uncrafted and scaled, but it is very likely they do.
Next, understand that since Blackstone sets account for both 1-hand/shield and 2-hand gear sets, there is NO OTHER pink gear that can be looted from Ancient Caverns. The "Crystalline" L25 recolored items are the crafted L77 Lustrous Earthen sets, of which Remien posted photos. You can enter Ancient Caverns towne by going through Temporal Rift in the center of the Sandstones Cave towne and talk to Tim the Enchanter eventually to craft these items. As of now, while the crafting option IS available, and we already know what some of the crafted items look like (thanks to Remiem's post), we are unable to craft these items due to a lack of L77s to farm the craftable versions of the pinks, and because the other main crafting components have not been added to the boss loot tables yet (Magical Essences, which are the Natural Red Diamonds/Ocean Blue Diamonds of this campaign's crafting mechanics, new attribute gems- Energy Gem, Fury Gem, and Might Gem, which are new versions of the Presto's, Focus, Gladiator's Gems, and new level 77 crafting pink recipes). The "Earthquake" L25 recolored items are the purple Sandstorm items that drop from Ancient Caverns. This means that all the L25 SSC items have been accounted for in terms of recoloring, and thus the "Onyx" recolored items are the main campaign uncrafted pinks, L77/L75/L73 Ferocious/Raging/Runed in comparison to L75/L73/L71 Flying/Beastly/Sharp.
So, essentially:
Blackstone items are the "Dragonscale" drops of this campaign. They are the only pinks that will drop in Ancient Caverns.
Craftable pinks are the Blackstone pinks, but they are level 77 by default. All the ones you have seen by far are level 75 SCALED versions that CANNOT be crafted into the L77 crafted Lustrous Earthen sets.
The Blackstone items are L77 pinks by default and look like the L25 Onyx SSC items. However, there are new items added (an "Onyx" Wand, whereas there was only an "Onyx" Staff previously), so the sets are not exact recolored versions of the lower level sets.
Pinks currently have been categorized by STR, INT, and DEX categories within a "Blackstone" set type, similar to how all Blacksmoke Mountain pinks were named "Dragonscale". The respective Raging, Runed and Ferocious "prefixes" mirror the Dreamer's, Conqueror's and Jewel Thief's "prefixes" of the L25 Onyx set.
Blackstone Pinks are confirmed to scale to level 75 (farmed with level 76 and under) and to level 73 (farmed with 74 and under).
Lustrous Earthen Sets and Pictures:
There are new weapons and armor to farm in the new Ancient Caves adventure area, like the Lustrous Earthen Set.
The Lustrous Earthen set is level 77 Crafted pink gear, which is crafted using L77 versions of the Blackstone pinks looted from Ancient Caverns bosses.

Level 77 Crafted "Lustrous Earthen" Set Pinks
Speak to Tim the Enchanter in Ancient Caverns towne to craft. To access the towne, go through the Temporal Rift in the center of Sandstorm Caves towne.
Note: DEX items are called Lustrous "Item" of Earthen Fury. They are known as Lustrous Earthen Fury items. INT items are called Lustrous "Item" of Earthen Energy. They are known as Lustrous Earthen Energy items. STR items are called Lustrous "Item" of Earthen Might. They are known as Lustrous Earthen Might items.

To craft a full L77 Lustrous Earthen set, offensive or defensive, you will need each respective uncrafted L77 Blackstone pink, its recipe, 7 Magical Essences (1 for helmet, 2 for armor, 4 for 2-hand weapon or 2 for 1-hand weapon/2 for shield) and 5 of the attribute-respective Gems: Energy Gem for INT, Fury Gem for DEX, Might Gem for STR (1 for helmet, 2 for armor, 2 for 2-hand weapon or 1 for 1-hand weapon/1 for shield).
Every DEX "Lustrous Fury" set piece adds:
46 Dex, 12% Hit, 6% Crit, 4 H/s, 4 Mana, 6 M/s, along with 31 Damage if an Armor piece (not weapon)
Crafting each L77 Ferocious Blackstone piece into a L77 Lustrous Fury piece grants an extra 2 Dex and 1% Crit, along with 2 extra Damage if an Armor piece
Every INT "Lustrous Energy" set piece adds:
46 Int, 6% Hit, 12% Crit, 6 H/s, 7 Mana, 7 M/s, along with 30 Damage if an Armor piece (not weapon)
Crafting each L77 Runed Blackstone piece into a L77 Lustrous Energy piece grants an extra 2 Int, 1% Hit, 1% Crit, 1 H/s, and 1 M/s along with 1 extra Damage if an Armor piece, but with a loss of 4 Health and 6 Mana
Every STR "Lustrous Might" set piece adds:
46 Str, 7% Dodge, 5% Crit, 10 Health, 7 H/s, 6 M/s, along with 23 Damage if an Armor piece (not weapon)
Crafting each L77 Raging Blackstone piece into a L77 Lustrous Might piece grants an extra 2 Str
As such, based on base addition of stats, crafting STR set pieces rewards the least amount of improvement over uncrafted pieces.
HOWEVER, note this is the base addition of stats of each piece gained by crafting, and does not include extra weapon damage or armor piece armor gained by crafting. When this is included, for example, the weapon damage of a crafted L77 Lustrous Fury Bow (246-286 Damage) is superior to that of an uncrafted L77 Ferocious Blackstone Bow (229-269 Damage) and the armor piece armor of a crafted L77 Lustrous Might Platemail (95 Armor) is superior to that of an uncrafted L77 Raging Battlemail (90 Armor). This improvement alone in terms of weapon damage and armor piece armor should be enough reason to craft set pieces.

Note: According to Tim the Enchanter's crafting lists, there should exist an item called Raging Blackstone Axe at level 77 that is used to craft the L77 Lustrous Axe of Earthen Might. However, there is some error concerning this item as it has not been looted and unlike the every other L77 crafting pink, it lacks a L77 prefix to its name.

The Blackstone items are L77 pinks by default and look like the L25 Onyx SSC items. However, there are new items added (an "Onyx" Wand, whereas there was only an "Onyx" Staff previously), so the sets are not exact recolored versions of the lower level sets.
Pinks currently have been categorized by STR, INT, and DEX categories within a "Blackstone" set type, similar to how all Blacksmoke Mountain pinks were named "Dragonscale". The respective Raging, Runed and Ferocious "prefixes" mirror the Dreamer's, Conqueror's and Jewel Thief's "prefixes" of the L25 Onyx set.
Blackstone Pinks are confirmed to scale to level 75 (farmed with level 76 and under) and to level 73 (farmed with 74 and under).
Lustrous Earthen Sets and Pictures:
There are new weapons and armor to farm in the new Ancient Caves adventure area, like the Lustrous Earthen Set.
The Lustrous Earthen set is level 77 Crafted pink gear, which is crafted using L77 versions of the Blackstone pinks looted from Ancient Caverns bosses.

As such, based on base addition of stats, crafting STR set pieces rewards the least amount of improvement over uncrafted pieces.
HOWEVER, note this is the base addition of stats of each piece gained by crafting, and does not include extra weapon damage or armor piece armor gained by crafting. When this is included, for example, the weapon damage of a crafted L77 Lustrous Fury Bow (246-286 Damage) is superior to that of an uncrafted L77 Ferocious Blackstone Bow (229-269 Damage) and the armor piece armor of a crafted L77 Lustrous Might Platemail (95 Armor) is superior to that of an uncrafted L77 Raging Battlemail (90 Armor). This improvement alone in terms of weapon damage and armor piece armor should be enough reason to craft set pieces.
