Just wanted to see if I got my Bear stats where they should be. Or better yet What I need to work towards. Any advice will be appreciated

that is with hate shield and armor, cyber helm , limbchopper.
My questions are, should I focus on all hate at this point? or farm for rift? do I need to re allocate any points?
