Lack of good 1H Weapons?

I am playing a warrior currently lvl 36 and I seem to be stuck with this lvl 19 board and nail of legend, I have been looking in the auction all the time and it seems like it still has the best dps and mods, compared to anything else before lvl 40 maybe am I missing something?

There are plenty of good weapons around your level. I have looted many good 1H weapons in Lost Expedition and Swamps. I highly doubt that Board and Nail of Legend is the best 1H before level 40, though it is rather potent when used by a level 19.

Have you checked the new swamp pinks?

No I haven't seen any of them around... I thought it was weird that I couldn't find any I guess I will just have to keep looking...

Okay so I took a look through the auction house and still nothing, I am stumped! I think I saw the new swamp items but still nothing comes close to the same dps...

actually its the best until u hit 40 for dps. But I switched mine out at 35 strictly because I wanted to use something that didnt look like a board lol

There is a lvl 30 pink hatchet called Iceberg frosty hatchet. 87-100 damage 0.9 speed Lots of other good stats. It will run you 30k but its well worth it. Unless you get the high priced voodoo set, this is the best one handed dps i have seen for str.

What would you suggest after 45? I am 42 now and my dps is low on my bear, just trying to get it better until I get to 50.

The best 1-hand weapons from 35-40 are the tridents, spears, and pitchforks. In addition to high damage they break armor. At 45 there is still the spear, but the shock lance also comes into the picture. It has better damage and DPS, and also breaks armor, but unlike the other weapons I mentioned, the lance break does not stack. Another nice option is a level 45 luminous harpoon. They aren't as common as level 47 and up but they have big damage and the usual spear type proc.
