Is fossil out yet?

I mean.. Hm.
I used to hear someone has a new arcane egg within a couple of days after releasing.
This time is like no one has it.

Is fossil has lower drop rate like shard or same as other arcane pets? Just wonder.
If it's like a shard, I don't want to bother to open crates for that. ;)

edit: its exactly like arcane shard i.e 5 times rarer than arcane eggs.
