I just saw that they re released the title for the fast 77 cappers, so maybe they did goof it up

Nope.this title just for 76 and 77 for first weekend.no title for 71 on first weekend.only cool volcanut elite helm

Perhaps now this title to all the who have reached max lev for a few days (except 56,61 and 66).

Good afternoon PL fans!
I'm metrognome, the 75 elite cut-throat.
It is not a glitch that sts (I prefer sts ^-^) made.
Reason I have that title and why I am 75 is 2 reasons.
1- I leveled within first 4 days of BSM cap release
2- I asked Support to delevel me.
Don't worry, I'm capping to 76 today :)
