It's pretty much similar skill dmg, only thing ss has way more dps. I'd go with ss

So whats better,a L22 DWS of assault, L22 DWS of potency, a L23 SS of assault, or a L23 SS of potency?

Lv. 21 is the highest dws level. For Lv. 23, the best weapon would be ss of potency (which is pretty rare since everyone has them... I'm trying to find one myself).

Forgot about that. DWS were only season 2 so they cap at 21.
SS pot is definently your best choice.
I'd also like to ask whats the best ring and amulet for my L23 warrior for PvP?
