Free Platinum Doubt

Hello

Yesterday i´ve tried to get some platinum coins at trialpay ,i answer two of the surveys and didn´t get nothing.

In the help box it looks that i´ve seem the offer but i didn´t received anything.

Even the like on facebook for 2 platinum i didn´t received.

What wrong am i doing?? i Just the 6 platinum coins for another character.

Could anyone help me?

Not sure but plat offers usually have a problem. Usually 1/5 offers work.

If its TrialPlay, TrialPlay never works. (At least in my experience)

If its NativeX, see Sticky thread: "Not recieving your NativeX platinum? See this thread/guide"

If its an STS offer, contact support(a)spacetimestudios.com

i think u need to login from Facebook then like to get platinum.. am not sure though

How can i get offers from NativeX, Sts? Cause for me just is show up from trialpay and its never work as you said.
