Yeah do this ^ Or you can also make an agenda/schedule which is what I do when school starts. One thing though, don't spend 1hr+ playing pl

I'ts best to cut out everything you are addicted to. If you think PL may be the slightest of an addiction just delete it until u finish exam. I made that mistake and I didn't get as great as a mark as I expected for my uni exam
