Hey I have a good build but it was before the nerf and I need a good build any suggestions I got my gear

Suggestion is to level up to L51+
But if not
6 Focus
5 Break
3 Blast
1 Root
1 Repulse
1 Shattering
My advice is to not rely on dodge, that's bad for birds anymore at low level. Rely on crit. A great crit bird (6 Focus, Experts, crit helm, crit ring, crit face) can out damage a bear with no beckon or mage with no buffs. This'll do fairly well, but if you choose to go the Armsman dodge route, good luck.
