my xps dont increase

I got a problem, my xps do not increase!!
Im lvl 31, and i stay at 429/770, whereas i kill monsters in the ancient swaps, which is for lvl 30/35... I also do not get any xp when i kill a man in the 1st chapter of the alien campain x)


I need somebody help me! Please ^^

xp gain is probably off go to options your find it
