Slag vs dova

Who truly is better in pvp Slag or Dova?

If you are talking end game, then I'd say slag because of his panic. However, for twinks the mana/mana regen that dova gives is very useful, so for twinks I'd say dova.

Tried them both in pvp today. Even without stunlock i found slag more effective for some reason.
