the description said that it deliver multiple hits after finishing normal piercer but it is practically become useless when we charge the skill,

what if it is changed so at the end of the last piercer, it always do the multiple hits, so if we charged the skill, the second enemies hit by it, also receive the multiple hits,

with this, the upgrade on increasing the number of charged piercer can be targeted won't implicitly nullify the multiple hits upgrade.

i think that all upgrade on skill should not be opposite on each other, since skill point is not something you can easily get
