When an item you buy has a damage stat, like 3.0 damage, bonus damage is used to calculate the actual damage you received. Let's say you buy a ring with 3.0 damage and your bonus damage is 250%; your avatar will receive 7.5 damage and DPS from that ring.

^As it was explained to me. I have not actually tested the above.

a little confuse too....let say you have 120 actual damage and you have 250% bonus damage as mentioned above u bought 3.0 damage so youll damge now is 120+7.5= 127.5 total damage? or 120 damage + 3.0 = 123 total,, as you explained the 3.0 damage mutiply by 250%.. pls correct me if im wrong.

It would be 127.5 by my understanding.

D + b(n) = C

D: damage
b: bonus damage
n: net new damage from gear
C: calculated damage
