Yes they will. Don't summon the pet or allow it to get even 1 xp. Email them immediately upon discovering your mistake. They did it for me when I accidentally opened Hammerjaw. I did have to follow up 1 week later, so it took 2 weeks, but it was my mistake.

Well I open gyrm egg in accident and it was lvl 1 I send support email to have them fix all they said was "your pet is to high of lvl unfortunately we can't do nothing to help you" I send more emails and they were asking me a bunch of questions not regarding the point. the pet is lvl 1 till this day and nothing. Why?????

I have a couple of lvl 1 pets which they didn't wanna re egg, after the "your pet has to be lvl 1" excuse there will only come more excuses like "we only re egg pets that were opened by accident"??? Still on this day I think it's a lame excuse, nobody except for myself can say I opened it by accident.

Actually if they see that you did not put ANY thought into leveling it at all or using it they will re-egg it for you.

I've accidentally opened a couple on mains and twinks and had them re-egg with no issue.

They have data logs of all this opening and using the pet, etc. so they can tell if you're derping with them or not.

I have had them re egg a frosteye I had accidentally open3d.

You would think they would make it possible to reschedule egg a pet in game as long as it never gets xp

If I was sts I wouldn't re egg it for you, your obviously not saying something, because sts will re-egg a pet if was accidently opened, not if "well I opened it, then I saw I didn't like its stats, so can you re-egg it for me pls?"

So start working on your hand eye coordination.

Provide a screenshot and try again Jurmanas.
If your pet is really Lv1 with 0exp sts should re egg. If they still don't help officially open a thread with the same screenshot you sent them and complain.

If its still level 1 screen shot it and include it in the email.

I think if its lvl 1, no xp and also not removed from stable they have no problem re-egging. However if you decide to open your sam/singe whatever then 'equip' to look cool in town I wouldnt expect help from support.

I have a couple lvl1 pets too, which i dont use, but these arent opened by accident. I understand why they didnt want re-egg them.
