They don't do any damage in battle on DL. Yes just for decoration.

Ghost pets used to drop during Halloween events. They are not currently available in missions. So you would either need to buy from other players/Auction or wait til Halloween and hope they bring it back again.

Just on arcane legends pets can fight and make damage on dark legends just another vanity lol and very expensive vanity or too rare for drops
