shark weekend idea

The ideas would make non plat users change for hj +ripmaw little extra

1.hj have a chabge to drop from elite golden pirate chests maybe just a little but now is shark weekend it would be 2x bigger change than in normal locks
2.ripmaw would drop from elite silver&golden pirate chests as a bigger change from golden
3.some contest would be nice like some drawing contest or design or anything like 1,2,3 spots get hj and 4-6ripmaw
