what happened to my account!!!!!!!!

Granted its been awhile since I have played, but I just logged into my account to find it has been reset !!!!! All inventory slots gone ! All plat and gold gone !! My hero's are all lvl1 again.
Guys this really sucks ! Spent alot of money and time at this game when I did play and was thinking of returning but now I guess I won't be. :(
