So I play AL on the iOS version, and I have my account registered. If I wanted to play on a comp, could I use my email and pass to play on a comp, and still have all the things I did on the IOS version?

Wait why not login from different devices and IP addresses? Does that screw everything up? Because I thought this was like in a way like minecraft. You can login from different devices (iPhone minechat) and different IP addresses.

When you log in from a different device (that you've never used before) and a different IP (i think something to do with distance between the two IP) the server will think someone is trying to taks your account and will most likely lock it for a while.
