Help me with information equips rogue twink for lvl 15 or 16. thx

What would be the best ring for rogue? I you once the auction selling someone a great ring lvl 15 by 2kk only I forgot the name.

Could someone also tell me what items to use to get 160 + dmg and 1600 of life? Because I have 150 dmg and 1655 for life and 835 mana and I've seen a guy with 164 dmg and 1700+ of life like this?

1. The ring could be winterstar, night ocean or enscrolled (all dex type of course).
2. My rogue is pure dex in stat points and has damage is 161.8, over 1800 health, over 1000 mana with dova bear. Gears [Luridbow brut] [Ancient helm potency] [Ancient doublet potency] [Nightocean dex type] [Tarlok heart of potency] with all Tarlok wind gems (some are grand wind gems).
