How come can't buy Platinum point with my credit card?

Any one know why I want to buy platinum point but kept getting this error:
You cant purchase this item with this account.

You must purchase the app that this item is for before you can purchase the item?

Can some one show me how to fix so I can buy platinum point with my credit card?

Do you have multiple iTunes accounts that you use with that device?

Delete the app, log in with the itunes account you intend to use for buying things, and download the app again.

I just deleted and redownloaded the PL app again and now it's working. I'm able to buy the platinum point with my itune account. Just bought 800 point Thank you for your help!
