Yabbut, I like to use Lightning into ice/fire, so I like to have those three in a line. I put heal in the same column also since it's commonly used.
Ok, drain, isn't a debuff. But I like to spam it on bosses just like weakness/nightmare. So there's a good reason to have those three in a line also.

I can see the logic in his arrangement.

i like to use lightning into for/ice. and spamm drain whenever i can. i think the skill set works great. works for me :)
