How to join it with google+ im from germany so i dont really understood it good :)
Just keep it as easy as u can pls:)

Ok, so what they mean is, a registered account is essentially any account that is a guest/trial account. If your using google+, Facebook or email you have a registered account :)

I am not sure when it starts exactly but, check the AL announcements sub-forum for the latest information about it :)
