Support isn't doing really good with responding in players of need.
I've been waiting for I think 4 weeks now about asking about my ban.
When you said soon, did you mean another month?

If you sent more than one email in quick succession they probably blocked you for spamming

I sent one response and they haven't even replied back to me. I've had friends who got banned, I sent a follow up msg why I got banned. My friends send it later after me and they it a response.. So tell me, do you know sts well enough why they haven't been responding...
