Why cant I buy plat?

hi, recently i just bought some itune gift cards and i redeemed them to my itunes account, when i go to purchase the plat, it says "Payment information is required." but i already added dollars to the account, is there any reason why? is it the problem of having an jb iphone?

Are you positive that you entered the right code. Go to iTunes and scroll to the bottom to see what your balance is. If you did enter it correctly it may have just been a dud iTunes card. Try calling iTunes customer service. If you get the right person they will help you as fast as they can
(p.s. If you can't understand a customer service agent ask for a new one... It will help you out.)

i went to itunes, beside my account it says account balance $10

Make sure you are also signed in on your device. Settings > Store > Sign In

Is anyone else experiencing this problem where it shows you have an account balance but you cannot make purchases?

no i havent emailed them, and i wont bother making purchase of other items because this is the only game that i ever actually though of paying for.


ok, here i will explain you in steps what happens

1. i go click purchase the 30 plats for $4.99
2. it ask me to confirm my app purchase, i click buy
3. it ask me to enter my itune password, i logged in
4. it says "Payment information is required."

but i already have $10 balance so idk whats up

I live in Canada and even though I have a balance of money on my Itunes account any purchase I make for "games" through the app store the funds are taken from my credit card. I contacted Apple regarding this and it states in their user agreement that funds from the cards are for everything but games. This might be the issue.
