I see all different kinds of kits , and yet to see a 'Plat Kit', is this a good idea?

Just wanted to start this thread up , and introduce my idea on '' Plat Kits '' that can be bought and traded in c.s. or in Trade between two players.

Is it safe to say the 1 Plat is equivalent to 1,000 gold? and if so what would be the size of the Plat kit?

Suggestion: Make trade able Plat kits ranging in 10 Plat to 25 Plat to 45 Plat to 65 Plat to 85 Plat to 100 Plat.

Benefits to STS:

People will buy more plat.

Plat sales will go up.

Benefits to Plat user:

Plat will now become a source of steady income.

Plat can now be introduced as tradeable to the community.

Plat will never lose its value.

I can see more scams occurring in the future..

Plus, this would create a bad system. People will begin to accept plat kits for payment. Some gear or pets will be seen as only a fixed value of plat rather than the simple system of gold. Besides, people will desire plat more than gold if this was implemented.

you can buy luck elixir with plats, now its available in a kit form .

you can get xp elixir with plats, its now available in a kit form.

you can get dmg elixir with plats , its now available in kit form.

you can get speed elixir with plats, its now a kit.

you can buy a lep with plat and you see it in auctions now, I don't see any harm or foul.

You can buy vanities with plat and they are available in auction.

vanities have lost there value...

leps have lost there value..

this is just another form of goods and services , making a plat kit that is trade able would stimulate a whole different way of playing, not totally different but still , plat would be able to become apart of the economy allowing f2p players to obtain plat and open locks thus creating a drive, people will want more and more , blah blah blah I could go on and on all day . Please post your in depth evaluation I need just as much insight on this idea just as much as the next guy. lol

I said it before, and I'll say it again.. If you make plat tradable.. you will replace gold with plat. Simple. People will slowly only accept plat for gear.

After all, plat is more desirable. You can do more with it. IT's a very versatile currency and that's why it's untradable.

hmmmmm, I think I understand better now........you think gold will be totally replaced ?

secondly plat is untradeable because no one ask for it to be trade able ...lol

With the same plat, I can save up for mythic pets, speed up crafting/upgrading, pop locks. Plus, you can also contribute to the steady devaluing of overpurchased Lep Pendants.

This is what I predict.. it may not be exact, but it seems probable.

I don't fully understand the backlash of this platkit idea but one version of currency can not indefinitely replace the other. With that said , Plat is super popular to the mass , meaning everyone wants it no matter what but cannot get there hands on it, why not make it possible through the kits ? everyone knows the power that plat has so why not unlock its potential , meaning the prices for some goods/ items could possibly become increased in order to balance out any overflow of platkits within the community , plus the kitscan only go so far you are acting like we getting 2,500 plat.

all and in I just need more opinions to pop in here on my thread so I can get a bigger view of what more people are feeling about this idea. I know how you feel, each time you respond its the same reflection from your original post..lets see what the others have to say if they bother to say anything at all..hehehheh.

This seems to the same response I am getting from the others thus far. Aww well Thanks for your honest input :)

If you have any examples feel free to share with us, just wanna get the outside lookin in kind of perspective, the more examples the better.
