Hey everyone! I got a idea from my Vault of Thoughts. How about each class has a set of skills restricted to the class? Then each class would be more unique and specialized. When u lvl up, u will get a Talent Point, which u can use on one skill to improve it. Here are a list of talent skills that could be possible:

Bear
Lvl 1- Powerhouse: Increases overall damage by 1%. Effect increases by 1% each time the skill level increases. Can be leveled 10 times.
Lvl 10-Rally Cry: Every 30 sec, the party's Str, Dex, and Int increases by 10. Stacks up to 3 times. Stacking increases by 1 every skill level increase. Can be leveled 7 times.
Lvl 20-Skilled Crafter-Can craft items without Lvl 5 recipes. Can craft lvl 10,15,50,and so on as the skill level increases. Can be leveled 8 times.
Lvl 30-Insanity:When Hp is below 20%, Str will be doubled and attack speed increased by 1.0 sec. Can't be used in PvP. Cannot be leveled.
Lvl 40-Bad Jokes: Taunt angers enemies to focus on you until death of you or enemies. Cannot be leveled.
Lvl 50-Heavyweight:Reduces knockback chances of skills by 10%. Chance increases by 5% each level. Can be leveled 6 times.
Lvl 60-Drunken Mode: If u drink 5 potions at the same time, your Str will be doubled and u cannot use skills for 5 sec. Duration increases by 1 sec each level. Can be raised 10 levels.
Lvl 77-Threaten: Plat stores will have a 30% discount on everything.

Birds
Lvl 1-Sharp Eyes: Increases crit chance by 2%. Chance increased by 2% each level. Can be raised to lvl 10.
Lvl 10-Head Aiming:Each attack has a 25% chance to stun it's target for 2 seconds. Duration increases .5 sec per level. Can be leveled 6 times. Disabled in PvP.
Lvl 20-Scavenger: Item drop rate is increased by 10%. Each level grants a additional 5%. Can be raised up to lvl 8.
Lvl 30-Trigger Happy: You can attack .1 sec faster. Effect increased by .1 per level. Can be leveled 9 times. Can be used in PvP.
Lvl 40 Hunting Spree: Each kill will increase your Dmg by 20, until you dont get another kill in 3 sec. Stacking is unlimited.
Lvl 50 Good Merchant: Liquidation values are tripled. Cannot be leveled.
Lvl 60 Heart Aiming: 10% chance of instant-kill. Chances are increased by 2% each level. Only auto attacks have this effect. Can be leveled 5 times.
Lvl 77 Lucky Duck: Adds a 10% reroll chance. Chance increased by 5% each level. Can be raised to lvl 9.

Mage
Lvl 1 Bigger Brain: Skill damage is increased by 10%. Effect is increased by 5% each level. Can be leveled 10 times.
Lvl 10 Brainstorm: If a enemy is finished by Lightning, the target will explode and cause 50% Dmg to enemies 4m away. Damage increased by 5% each level. Can be leveled 10 times.
Lvl 20 Intense Flame: Firestorm's knockback is increased by 1m. Knockback increased by 1m each level. Can be raised to lvl 5.
Lvl 30 Elf Queen's Disicple: The Elf Queen grants a 12 hour speed-up on the Daily Blessings for the price of only 5 plat. Cannot be leveled.
Lvl 40 Charmer: If you dont wear body armor, enemies will be stunned for 3 sec once they see you.
Lvl 50 Thicker Ice: The freeze duration of Frostbite and Icestorm is increased by 1 sec. Effect increased by 1 sec each level. Can be raised to level 9.
Lvl 60 Potent Healing: Heal power will be increased by 50%. Power increased by 5% each level. Can be leveled 10 times.
Lvl 77 Master of All: Stats are increased by 30%.

Fox
Lvl 1- Quick Step: Increases run speed by 10%. Increased by 5% each level. Can be raised to lvl 10.
Lvl 10-Master of Disguise: every 15 sec there is a 50% chance of you changing into a enemy of the dungeon, being ignored by all enemies for 5 sec. AoE attacks still damage you. Duaration increased by .5 sec eavh level. Can be leveled 5 times.
Lvl 20-Neck Slit: When auto attacking, 20% chance of the target losing 100 Hp for 3 sec every auto attack. Damage is increased by 50 each level. Can be leveled to 10.
Lvl 30-Stealth Mode: A 80% chance of enemies not seeing you when u pass. Every 30 armor you wear decreases chance by 5%.
Lvl 40-Reflex: Imcreases dodge rate by 2%. Dodge rate is increased by 2% each lvl. Can be raised to lvl 15.
Lvl 50-Alchemy Master: Potions and Rage Tonic have a 2x effect.
Lvl 60-Wayyy Too Cute: Enemies have a 50% chance of tripping and reducing their Hp by 1/4 if they see you.
Lvl 77-Mass Murderer: The two dash attacks have a 50% chance to attack other enemies within 3m and do triple damage. Range is increased by 1m and chance increased by 10 each level. Can be raised to lvl 6.

Rhinos
Lvl 1-Sharper Horn: Charge deals 20% more damage. Damage increases by 10% each level. Can be leveled 10 times.
Lvl 10-Everything-Proof Skin: Reduces Damage by 20%, removes debuffs within 3 sec, Attacks have a 50% chance to damage the attacker instead and you have a 40% chance to survive a finishing blow.
Lvl 20-Bulk Up: Increases your HP by 50 each level. Can be leveled 5 times.
Lvl 30-Peacemaker: Ranged attacks may be deflected for a 20% chance. Chance increased by 5 each level. Can be raised to level 6.
Lvl 40-Better Aid: The Force Buffs have a doubled effect and duration.
Lvl 50-Guardian Tech: At Lvl 1, Guardian grants a 50+ Damage buff. At lvl 2, The Armor Buff is increased by 40. At level 5, a 25% speed bonus will be added. At level 10, a 100 hp bonus will be added. At lvl 15, The duration is increased by 15 sec.
Lvl 60-Punped Up: Overall Damage is increased by 20%. Effect is increased by 5% each level. Can be raised to lvl 10.
Lvl 77 SUPER DUPER MEGA LAZZZAAARRR!: If you are wearing a ranged weapon, it's attacks are instead a giant red laser, which damages in a straight line. Damage is tripled.

Here's the reason why it could be added. If they add this, it could help PvP become more balanced, make bears less OP, make other classes more unique, and you can have more customization options!

These should be given to pets. The pets have these skills, and they could work like the Arcane Ability in PL, but you can use more Pet Talents at a Time.

These should be given to pets. The pets have these skills, and they could work like the Arcane Ability in PL, but you can use more Pet Talents at a Time.

You don't have to manually use Talent Skills. Just add a Talent Point and it is on at all times.

threaten should make them take 10% of all pve dmg for all their teammates cuz like if enemies are threatened they will take out primamry threat while the lesser threats will be ignored, thats like not perk though so maybe that + enemies lose 3.5% movement speed whenever bear use evade or taunt
