50 times to click before it procs. Wat the hell. Pls fix it!!!

You're complaining about a lvl 31 arcane weapon which has been OP way longer than any other weapon?

Joking aside, weapon procs are a matter of chance. Just because it took you 50 swings before it proc'd on one situation doesn't mean it will take that long all the time.
Also, to say that a weapon needs a "fix" it has to be broken in the first place. Maybe you are talking about the part where the proc stun ignores the 7.5 sec stun immunity? :biggrin:

It's a proc... A PROC.. Random chance. You could swing it 1000 times and a different user can swing it 1 time, but the proc is still random.
A favorite explanation of the term "proc" is: Programmed Random OCcurence
