[SUGGESTION]: Permanent Ban in AL Guilds

Hey mates!

I was thinking. Why masters and officers couldn't have the possibility to BAN somebody from his guild? If you have new recruiters in your guild and they don't know that X player did bad stuff when he was in guild they maybe invite him and he is constantly re-joining. This is pretty silly and it happens almost always. What do you think? Yes or no?
