Server Down for Maintenance Is Taking too many time

I have waited too many time for the maintenance, someone have this same inssue?

STS Now when the 50 (Patchs are loading ) the game said, Failed to Connect to the arcane legends servers. Please Check your Internet Coonection..

But my Internet is Fine, is this normal?
