lowest str for dual for full hate

i've been messing around w the numbers and the lowest str i can get is 122 str and 131 int to equipt full hate. anyone figure out a way to have less than 122 str for their dual build?

Dude u wanna do around 124 int and the rest str for dual- that's what I use at least

how much armor do you get w your build? i'm showing 136 (137 w a hat) at 122 str. i figured when i'm using the extra armor i'd prob want more int for spell damage (since my hax does squat). i can also load out my keeper set w/ more int than str.
